Absolutely! Within the first 30 days, if for any reason you aren't satisfied you can return your item for a full refund or you can exchange it for another. Learn more.
2. How long does it take to produce a charm?
After casting, each piece of jewelry is inspected and ground to smooth the surface and remove any imperfections. They are then polished to a mirror shine and some pieces are even hammer finished. Between casting and finishing it usually takes us about a week to get a finished product.
3. Will your charms tarnish with time?
Yes. Our charms and pendants are made of 925 sterling silver. We do not use any chemical clear coat and so your charms may gradually accrue some tarnish. Fortunately this is easily removed with the polishing cloth we have provided! Our 14 karat charms will not tarnish. You can learn more about product care on our product care page!
4. Does gold vermeil tarnish?
No. Our gold vermeil items are plated in 22 karat gold and then clear coated to protect the plating. These items will not tarnish. you can learn more about caring for gold vermeil on our product care page!
5. Are your items solid silver?
Yes! We only cast in precious metals (925 sterling silver and 14 karat gold). Only our vermeil items are plated and they are cast in 925 sterling silver and then plated with 22 karat gold.
6. Do you cast in anything besides 925 sterling and 14 karat gold?
No. We only cast in 925 and 14 karat gold.
7. Do your charms come with a jump ring?
Yes! All charms and pendants come with a jump ring unless they hang by a bail or are a bead.
